I gathered these flowers from my yard before an impending snowstorm. We had an unusually warm winter with temperatures reaching 70° so my gardens were in full bloom. Choosing the white roses as my center focal point surrounded by azaleas, daffodils and poppies makes a perfect still life. I used my favorite three shades of blue for the sky and placed this bouquet on a maple table with a neutral glass vase keeping the focus on this colorful bouquet.

Materials used:

Professional premium paints on canvas. Painting wraps around sides, continuing the painting.
