This work presents a lively mosaic of color and texture: layered impasto applied with a palette knife form interlocking rectangles that move the eye across the surface. Sunlit yellows and ochres sit beside deep teals, warm umbers and occasional coral and mint, creating a balance between geometric structure and spontaneous paint handling. I built up each block to retain tactile depth, letting thick paint edges and subtle overlaps suggest a map-like landscape in miniature.
A bold, approachable piece that brings warmth and motion to a living room, office, or entry—an excellent addition to your space.
The master-quality material has been used. Heavy impasto is built with brushes and pallet knives. Edges of the painting are covered with archival white linen tape for a clean contemporary look. No need for framing. Signed on the back.
