Series of wildflowers.

Sunflowers in intense red and bright yellow, mixed with accents of vibrant orange: this is the blazing summer. The painting is executed in a loose style.

I use thick brushstrokes and loads of colour, as well as wavy, contrasting expressionist lines, to convey the energetic vibration of summer. A wide expanse of a sun-drenched field is bathed in intense, golden light.
