Since I live on the Flensburg Fjord | Baltic Sea, I love to find inspiration for motifs like this on walks. For this work, I mixed blue, white, brown, and sienna shades on my palette, complemented by invigorating green accents. The stormy character is emphasized by the individual painting technique, which is very diverse: there are many details, sometimes strong contrasts, sometimes gentle color transitions, and both vertical accents and brushstrokes in all directions.
It was painted with professional acrylic paint on canvas. Stretched on a wooden frame. The sides are painted too.
