Still summer! Sunflowers. (2023) Original Oil Painting by Kathrin Flöge

Powerful and optimistic, they still look around late in the year: the sunflowers. Indeed, they remind me of faces and because of their size they seem to have the overview. And like human faces, the blossoms of sunflowers are beautiful at any age, but very different. These thoughts ran through my head while painting.

The picture is painted with high-quality oil paints of the brand Lukas Berlin. The edges are black, so it can be hung without additional framing.
