There's two things that are just made for each other and that's tea and cake, my personal favourite is carrot cake because I like to think that while it is delicious it's a little bit nutritious too which makes me enjoy it all the more!
I've created this piece with many layers giving depth and interesting details with marks and pops of colour, it has been painted on an 18 x 24inch stretched canvas using acrylic paints and a mix of pencils, crayons and ink, it's sealed with satin varnish and ready to hang.
I think this loose painting would look great in a kitchen or dining room and is just the kind of non calorific treat for the eyes any cake lover will enjoy!
