Original artwork description:

I was in NY and painted several scenes of the city and the skyscrapers. When I came back to London I realised how beautiful the buildings were here and the River Thames was magical with the setting sun. This inspired me to paint the Cityscape series at dusk. St Pauls skyline with the millennium bridge was painted from the Tate Modern side of the river.

Materials used:

oil on stretched canvas
