Original artwork description
Christmas takes its origins from the ancient holiday of a "year turn", when, finally, after each day was frighteningly becoming shorter with darkness taking more and more of it, the sun would change back to rise slightly, little by little, but earlier. And the year would turn its way to the spring.
The original, hand-made palette knife painting on a gallery wrapped canvas. High-quality acrylic paints are used. It does not require framing, ready to hang. Covered with varnish to preserve color and protect from dust and moisture.
Signed on the back.
