This is a piece I painted on the shoreside of Packard Lake during the week I spent there. It’s summertime and the water is crystal clear with a shimmer. The shore is lined with a variety of evergreen trees and aspens. Cascading from the distance are pines and a stratosphere of rocks in various colors and shapes. Take home the feeling of summer in the mountains.
