Dramatic large snow cloud moving over the teal blue waters of the Sound of Raasay off the coast of Scotland. The pure white clouds drift over colourful ocean is calming and highlights the transitory beauty of Nature.

Skyestorm II

Created on a day of sun and snowstorms, when the clouds were vast and rushing across the sky. From the clifftops at Staffin on the top of the Isle of Skye the drama unfolds. Here the swirling white snow cloud speeds across teal blue water to the mainland of Scotland. Look closely and you will see a flock of white birds swooping across the water in the wake of the storm and sheets of snow falling from the cloud as it passes. Only a photograph can catch this fleeting second or two of life.

Printed at size 48 x 36 inches on beautiful fine aquarelle art paper including a 2 inches white border with the artist signature, edition number and title.
