Original artwork description:
Sirens are mentioned in ancient myths, but not many details are known on how could they look. Probably because not a lot lived to tell the story. Few scattered lines describe women - a bird or with a fishtail and a charming voice, hiding dangers underneath just like the sea.
I tried to imagine it and draw it, and I took the acrylic because it can be diluted with water and water is what seemed the best way to create my siren.
