I painted this piece on a quiet day, when everything felt slow and still. There was something calming about working in soft greys—they felt grounding, like a gentle pause. As I built up the layers, hints of teal and blush began to appear, almost like emotions rising to the surface.

The figure came through gradually, her pose both strong and tender. To me, she feels like a moment of deep thought—hands behind her head, body open, lost in her own world.

I named it Silent Eloquence because it says so much without needing words. There’s a quiet strength in her presence, and each time I looked at the painting, I saw something new.

I hope it gives you space to reflect, to breathe, and to feel whatever you need to feel.
