The shell symbolizes a woman's inner space – a place for healing, protection, and rebirth. Like the natural spirals that repeat in nature, a woman's life consists of cycles of change, struggle, and acceptance. The painting reflects the process of returning to oneself, the harmony between body and spirit, which becomes the foundation for a healthy and conscious existence.

The shell is also a symbol of sound and listening, its shape reminding us of the importance of tuning into ourselves, and trusting our inner rhythm and voice. In many cultures, it was used as a ritual instrument, its sound echoing the universe's pulse. It was compared to the breath of life, allowing us not only to feel changes but also to find meaning in them.
