This artwork is showing an abstract minimalistic landscape, inpsired by the norwegian mountains and the sea. It deals with the visual and emotional influences of changes in the outdoor space. The nature and landscapes around us are subject to constant change. The natural landscape is increasingly being replaced by cultural landscapes. Natural landscape structures are replaced by clearly arranged and artificially created cultivated areas. In my artworks I combine forms and surfaces that I have seen into new pictorial spaces. I construct invented landscapes and plays with space and distance. The artwork was painted with high quality artist colors on canvas and is ready to hang without framing. The signature is on the backside.
