Original artwork description
Bright heavily textured painting inspired by a walk in Seborne wood in Hampshire.
Initialled on the front and signed on the back.
Created with palette knife and brush on a professional quality 'M&W ' canvas.
Incorporates my characteristic use of reflective paints to capture the light. This painting features 'Golden' brand American professional paints which I have become addicted to using. I have incorporated phthalo blue, ultramarine blue, and the extra special interference blue which catches the light in different ways ( but are eye wateringly expensive !). I have also incorporated 'Golden' coarse pumice gel to accentuate the texture of the tree trunks .
