The lovely ocean view of Port Broughton was the inspiration for this painting.
I particularly loved the colours of the ochre sand, blue sky and ocean, and burgundy and green foliage.
Small gauche paintings were done from the veranda of our holiday cottage, and later painted in acrylic and oils on canvas in my studio.
