Sea Breezes is a small realist oil painting on gesso panel, 10 x 8 inches (approx 25 x 20cm).
Inspired by visits to the Suffolk coast, Sea Breezes depicts a view of the sea from behind sand dunes and the gently wafting grass.
Christopher Witchall’s subjects are a celebration of the beauty and power of the natural world and are a marriage of his two great passions - a love of traditional painting techniques and a fascination with the photographic image.
