Savannah Sunshine II is a joyful celebration of Africa, colour and personality.
This expressive giraffe looks directly at the viewer with a warm, playful smile, surrounded by soft, vibrant colours that create an uplifting atmosphere.
I wanted to capture the lighter side of the African savannah — the sense of joy, freedom and optimism found in nature. The bold brushstrokes and vivid colours give the giraffe a contemporary character while retaining the recognisable beauty of the animal.
Painted in acrylic on canvas, this original artwork is part of my ongoing exploration of African wildlife through expressive colour and energetic brushwork.
