I recently flew to Egypt, from the window of the plane I saw how the desert takes land from people. Devours and absorbs all their labors on earth. It shocked me so much that I immediately wrote this sandy abstraction on a huge canvas. Warm beiges warm my heart, black stripes remind me of the power of the desert. Abstraction with a powerful message of nature's sweetness for all mankind!

I use my hands a lot in these works and usually end up getting covered in paint from head to toe.
And this makes me absolutely ecstatic!
