This painting "Rose Garden at Valsaintes" is part of a long series started years ago which consists of painting from nature a subject taken from my daily life.
This approach is the most enriching of my artistic experience.
If sometimes the subjects seem redundant, whether they are some fruits, flowers or a landscape done outdoors, the experience is each time unique and demanding because the painting is done in a single session.
This series is an important part of my artistic production.
