Every year I get slightly obsessed with the Blackthorn blossom. This painting is this years result. A mixed media piece using acrylic paint and gold leaf, I love how the bright white flowers can sing out against a dark hedgerow with small flashes of light coming through the thicket. So called ribbons because the stem of flowers look to me like ribbons of light through the hedgerow.

This will come to you professionally framed in a white floating frame which is suitable for for all styles of home. I will carefully package the painting in bubble wrap and then in a sturdy cardboard box.
