Resurgent Muse a stunning angelic portrait of a veiled woman, who seems to light the space with her face. The image does have religious imagery connotations and this can be assumed by the viewer if they see fit.
The painting is on thick MDF board, painted in oils and damar varnish washes, the image takes a blurred effect, and is inspired by the work of Gerhard Richter.
