In this work, I explored the dialectic between inner tranquility and external emotional turmoil. The warm tones and sweetness of the face contrast with the chromatic vortex that represents the challenges and thoughts that disturb the mind. Each brush stroke of oil is full of passion and reflection, trying to capture the essence of human struggle in an expression of realism and symbolism. This canvas is not just a portrait, but a visual dialogue on the resilience and beauty of the human being in the face of emotional storms.
The edges are painted to allow the painting to be hung without a frame, the surface is finished with a satin retouching varnish, which makes it resistant to UV rays and the passage of time. The signature is present on both the front and back
