Original artwork description:
This piece has been painted at one of my favourite Plein Air sites - a small pond near the place where I spent my childhood. Moreover, this motif with a lake and reflection of trees reminds me of the works of much-beloved impressionist painters. I like to return here at every opportunity and work in different seasons, trying to convey states of nature, weather conditions and the dance of light and shadow on the water's surface.
