- Red Letterbox Under A Tree
Original artwork description
I feel rather affectionate about letterboxes, though somehow I think they will start to disappear soon. Funny how they seem to be thing of the past now as far fewer letters are sent. They are so sturdy, representing earlier times when the material world had not been replaced by the digital world perhaps. I like this one on Queensferry Road in Edinburgh, with its towering chestnut tree above it.
Framed and ready to hang on the wall, this painting can be dispatched immediately, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard protection.
Materials used:
Oil paint on Canvas
Details:
- Oil painting on Canvas
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 41 x 51 x 2cm (unframed) / 41 x 51cm (actual image size)
- Ready to hang
- Signed on the front
- Style: Impressionistic
- Subject: Architecture and cityscapes
