60 x 60cm acrylic painting on board.

A contemporary abstract painting inspired by the intricate details of the decorative wood panels in the Bahia Palace in Marrakesh and the rich colours of Morocco.

Built up with layers of paint and mark making to create depth and interest, in a palette of copper and turquoise with hints of pattern showing through.

The painting is backed with a deep wood frame painted dark Payne's grey to help illuminate the colours in the artwork.

Finished with matt varnish to protect the paint and felt pads on each corner to protect the walls.

Ready to hang.
