The combination of a sad romantic lilac over which as though the gentle-blue veil is thrown gets to contrast with bright raspberry wine. Energy of life which arrests directly attention is reflected in raspberry wine, and the gentle grief of a lilac envelops all this and gives to a picture a romantic raid.
