The classics of impressionism never go out of fashion. Artists of the 20th century gave us a cheerful style of painting that speaks to the viewer exclusively in the language of optimism. Even a gloomy rainy day depicted in this style will look picturesque. If we turn to a sunny subject, we risk drowning in the gentle flow of light. In this painting, I did not copy Claude Monet's exact subject, but the subject is inspired by his works.
