Textured & Layered Abstract Acrylic Painting (35 Layers). 16 x 20 x 1.5 Gallery Wrapped Cotton Canvas. Applied with a Pallet Knives. I went through several layering processes to get to the final four layers. I have let some of the layers underneath the top four layers to show through giving depth and character. I have used sand in this painting to create the under toned boxing. I have used Gold, Copper, Red, Magenta, Yellow and two Oranges for the top layers. My concept with this art piece as an Abstract was considering a Primitive Rock Wall Painting in a cave and bringing brilliant colors to the canvas. The layering I give my paintings always give a unique character and strength for viewing. Lighting will depend the mood and brilliance of the colors with this art piece. 2 Vertical hangings and 2 Horizontal hangings. Felt pads on back of painting to protect the wall. Ready to hang as sides are painted as well. Golden Archival Professional UV Protective Spray Varnish applied to protect painting. Certificate of Authenticity 1/1.

With correct lighting the Gold and Copper will truly stand out. With the photos I have taken for this painting..they have been outdoors with Clouds/Shade and Direct Sunlight. I have used a Canon Rebel and Samsung Tablet to take the photos.
