From a famous photo by Irina Ionesco, freely inspired here is my Mandrake. My Mandrake is actually a peony. A flower that celebrates love and living together in harmony.
Painted with high quality Italian colors on cotton canvas, coarse grain canvas, highlights the roughness of the fabric where the color sinks, stretched over a pine frame. The painting is painted on the sides. With certificate of authenticity. Painted with semi-gloss transparent varnish to protect it from time and UV rays.
