Poppies hold a very special place in my heart. They are a reminder of those that sacrificed everything for us. For those who have died in all wars for freedom. My Grandfather, a WWII veteran always wore one. Either in his hat or on his shirt pocket. He was never without one. He fought over seas. Fought for freedoms that are so taken for granted now. As the chapter closes on the Greatest Generation, let us never forget. Look at the poppy and always remember.
