A mixed media painting entitled 'Pond Life' / Wall Art by Suzie Cumming

This piece is inspired by the colours and movement within a pond that I photographed on an overcast day. I was amazed at the vibrancy of colour that leapt out of the water, the bright orange and red fish and the almost superficial green colour of the pond weed against the dark water. I wanted to capture the light and easy movement of the fish alongside these vivid colours.

Size: 16" x 16" (approximately 40.5cms x 40.5cms)
Thickness of wood panel: 3/4" or approximately 2cms

The sides of the panel have been painted with white acrylic paint to give a fresh finished look.

It is signed on the back and ready to hang.

The wooden panel has a protective barrier applied to it to fix the painting and to protect it from UV rays and humidity.

nb: All my paintings are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that I have no control over the variation in computer monitor hues. Please also note that any room set images are not to scale and are to be used as a guide only. Referring to the actual measurements noted in the description is the best way to check that the painting you are interested in fulfils your size requirements.
