This painting was painted during a period of intense fear and anguish at the direction of my country and the world. It combines multiple styles and techniques that I have learned over the years and functioned as a way of "exorcising" my own angst and attempting to make sense of chaos and a lack of a moral compass in politics and humanity . The texture, shapes, color and depth make it pleasing to the eye, while being symbolic of a much greater need for a positive direction for humanity.
