My paintings are often inspired by my love and fascination with ever-changing skies and cloud formation.
In this piece, I tried to capture the bright golden hue of sunset, as is crept slowly across the horizon. The gold tones glisten and change direction as the light moves across the painting
I am always drawn to the movement and mood of the skies and sea - Calm and dreamy, to dramatic and surreal.
I study the sea and skies over Anglesey, North Wales, The Cornish coastline and also the Cheshire hills, close to my home.
