Plane trees in Provence are something special. Plane trees are simply the pearls of French roads. They exist as people. They stand along the roads and forgive our mistakes.
This work was performed using traditional technology. Oil paints, canvas and linseed oil. I like to paint sketches from life in a bright impressionistic manner. Small touches of color create a rainbow palette. I will try to convey the movement of air masses and the difference between illuminated and shaded areas.
