**3rd painting from my château d'Orquevaux artists residency, Orquevaux, France.**

This vibrant, joy filled painting is the third in my new series created during my two week artist residency at Château d'Orquevaux in France. My residency was from the 16th- 29th of September. I began this piece surrounded by the château's lush gardens and inspiring creative atmosphere, completing it later in my Oxfordshire studio.
The series is inspired to uplift the senses and awaken passion and joy, celebrating nature's vitality through intuitive use of colour, movement and texture. Seemingly paradisal flowers of soft pink, crimson, gold, and yellow, sit together proudly in the foreground, while being earthed and grounded on the deep green foliage. Bright dreamlike light uplights the background, giving the flowers an ethereal feeling,

Every element of this painting evolved intuitively-a reflection of the people, impressions and energy that surrounded me during the time at the château.

I was awarded my residency after being named 'Best of 2023', awarded by Artfinder and I am honoured that the first painting from this series, 'Paradise' has been selected for the Château d'Orquvaux permanent gallery.

This piece continues that journey- a celebration of joy, connection and to the beauty of the creative flow that was all around me in this magical château.


* The painting is 40" x 32" ( approx 100cm X 81cm )

* Initialed on the front, signed dated and titled on the back

*Ready to hang. Although you can see this painting is not yet on stretcher bars, I will be stretching it before sending, ready to hang on your wall. (except for Australia and New Zealand where is will be sent rolled in a tube for safe transportation )

* Varnished for protection with Liquitex professional satin varnish for protection and colour enhancement.
