This is a painting I created of a couple walking in the rain under neon city lights. A couple is having a night out.
Rain is a common tool used by poets and writers to enrich their work. Rainy days are frequently the source of romantic imagery. I have always enjoyed painting rainy scenes. This is my first with neon lights in the background.
The stretched canvas is 20 by 16 inches in size and was made using oils on canvas.
