Original artwork description:

IIn this work, I wanted to capture the sense of deep calm that belongs to the sea and its ancient breath. I worked with layers of acrylic and enamel on canvas, building up shades of blue, turquoise, and white to evoke a moving surface, crossed by light.

The textured surfaces open like small secret maps, suggesting waves dissolving or traces of salt left by time. Every detail invites the eye to slow down, to be carried into an inner landscape where abstraction becomes contemplation.

This original piece was born from my desire to transform the energy of the sea into a visual experience that conveys peace and freedom. It is a fragment of my journey in contemporary abstract painting—an invitation to feel part of something greater.

Materials used:

enamel, acrylic and resin
