Original artwork description:

I love the shape and color of this tea pot. On the dreariest of days it's cheery. And the color reminds me of summertime and iced-tea.

I primarily paint small, intimate works as they can be placed in any setting and are priced for affordability.

This comes unframed and unmounted on Polyflax canvas. Polyflax is extremely archival and most museums prefer this type of canvas as it is very stable. I will often cut my canvas to a size that I think will particularly enhance the subject. Your framer can easily mount this before framing. If you want to mount this yourself, it's easy to do and I would be happy to explain how to do it. One way that I often display my work is with a beautiful mat and then framed giving the piece more presence. For a more casual look I like to sit an unframed piece up on a shelf or side table.

People describe my work as calming and soothing the soul. I hope each of my pieces does that for you.

The painting will be varnished, wrapped in waxed paper, and packing material to prevent damage. I try to use recycled materials whenever possible in shipping.

Because all computer screens are calibrated differently, colors may differ on different monitors. Most paintings have much more nuanced colors in person. I want you to be totally happy with your paintings, so of course, if you aren't, you are welcome to return it.
