"Of all stripes" series delves into the complexity of human emotions and the way we experience daily life. Each painting portrays a subject in an emotional state, with feelings subtly conveyed through their eyes, expressions, and body language. However, these emotions are obscured by color stripes in the foreground, symbolizing a shield or glass divider. These elements represent the invisible barriers we often construct—distancing ourselves for protection, even when we long to share our innermost joys and sorrows. The works reflect on the human need for connection, contrasted by our hesitation to trust others._x000D_
