“The Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever is a commission of Blaze, who’d been the no.1 performance Toller in the US for the last four years before his sculpting. With a gorgeous, expressive face, and a lithe and agile frame, it was a pleasure trying to capture Blaze in wax in one of the poses from his many dog agility photos. Blaze was commissioned in Foundry Bronze metal, and his original bronze was coloured with white markings to mirror his true colouring.”
