Original artwork description:

Abstract landscape from my series of paintings inspired by rail travel in northern England. Near Alnmouth on the Northumberland coast. Summer greens and browns, grey sky and shadows, play of light and shade with movement, recreated with mark-making.

Initialled bottom right and signed on the back.

On wooden stretcher frame and fixings provided so that it can be hung without an additional frame. Sides are painted white.
