Pencil drawing of the costal geology near Porthmadog, North Wales. We have spent a lot of time on the North Wales coast as a family, hiking, camping, and fishing, and this part of the world has worked its way into my drawing practice. This piece is an attempt to capture the particular ruggedness of that coastline, where the land feels raw and the sea is never far from view. Commissions of similar subjects available on request.
