In this painting, I captured the warm glow of a festive evening in Moscow, blending realism with impressionist strokes to evoke a cozy, spirited atmosphere. The oil texture brings the bustling street and glowing lights to life, inviting you to feel the joy and anticipation of the New Year’s celebration. This artwork will fill your space with warmth, nostalgia, and vibrant holiday energy.
Once studying at the Academy of Arts, I participated in the painting of the Old Tower, in the very center of Moscow. And when several years have passed before the new year, I painted a small sketch of this place, at night, in colorful lighting.
