Light pervades the artist's entire poetics, a dazzling light that transforms the real colors of things into shadows, enhancing their textures, a light that bestows lightness and suspends everything in the void, a light that moves within the work and elevates even the most banal object. In the work, nature explodes and expands, carried by the wind; wild herbs, Mediterranean shrubs, petals and seeds fly far away, like the observer's sensations and impressions.
A work that we might define as "narrative" rather than descriptive is a sensorial immersion in the sun-yellow and fragrant colors of nature. At the center of the work, we see a swing in flight, accentuating the panic-stricken immersion in these colorful vapors. For the artist, the swing is synonymous with childhood, lightheartedness, freedom, and serenity. The fairytale atmosphere in which everything floats immerses the viewer in a parallel world and releases positive thoughts and happy memories; the story is in the mind of the viewer.
