This is a view of Mont Ventoux, the 1,912 m (6,273 ft) high mountain that's noticeable from afar in the provençal countryside.
From a distance, its summit catches the last light before night. It seems covered with a cap of eternal snow but as you come closer, you soon realise the whiteness is created by pale limestone.
