Original artwork description
As the viewer gazes at my work, I hope they can’t help but be transported into the my world, sailing around the world with my family for seven years. An incredible journey: 7 years, 30,000 nautical miles / 55,000 kilometers, 28 countries. Storms, waves, transatlantic passages, the almost incomprehensible vastness of the Pacific, weeks with no land in sight, isolated islands...
Introducing the "Nature’s Embrace" series, a stunning collection of artworks in rich green hues, inspired by my time in Tahiti with my friend Teiva, who showed me the Papenoo Valley where his ancestors have lived for 12 generations. The Papenoo Valley on Tahiti is a lush green paradise known for its spectacular waterfalls, dense rainforests, and dramatic mountain landscapes.
