I chose this pose of a beautiful woman, intriguing as she is with her head turned. We glimpse a moment, a feeling from her world without ever seeing her face but the emotion is no less clear. The brush strokes are not overworked as if the image has been sketched so as to catch this transient moment in time. Her neck is of great import - both expressing her femininity and representing her determination.
