The painting was ​created using palette knife, fingertips and oil paint which has been slowly built up layer by layer to achieve depth and texture.
A solitary figure rests at the edge of sea and silence. Built with a palette knife, the oil surface breathes—pigment pressed and lifted into a luminous, tactile skin. Cool blues and soft greys dissolve into horizon, while the body shimmers with quiet complexity.

Partly revealed, partly withheld, she lingers in a suspended moment—hands poised, gaze distant, time slowed to a whisper. Monumental yet intimate, this work invites stillness, drawing the viewer into its calm, enigmatic tide.
