The green Fountain with a Buddhist characters is a part of the Ancient Theatrical Pavillion. The Pavillion gave birth to the famous genre of court drama, Lakhon Nai - Thai performing art.

Various Jatake tales, folk tales and a number of foreign classics were adapted for plays at court in this place.

The Fountain is a part of Ancient City in Bangkok.

Ancient City (Mueang Boran from Thai language) is an outdoor museum park roughly corresponds to the shape of the Thailand Kingdom, with the monuments lying at their correct places geographically. It was constructed by Lek Viriyaphant and occupying about 1 km². The museum is the largest open-air museum in the world which was opened in 1972 year.

Interesting that Khao Phra Viharn Temple on the Cambodian border is represented here too. Thailand and Cambodia can't share this territory and it provokes war since 2008 year.

Original watercolor painting - painted on watercolor paper (Saunders Waterford). Need a decorative frame. On the front side in the lower right corner - the author's signature. Include a certificate of authenticity.
